I am searching for my birth mother and relatives. I was born in Norfolk, VA on 11 August 1980 (female). I believe the hospital was Norfolk General. I was placed in foster care following birth and was not placed with my adoptive family until about 9 months old. My adoptive parents and foster parents resided in Virginia Beach, VA during the time of my adoption. My adoptive family already had 1 son. Either myself or my birth mother was named Barbara. I was born with blond hair, blue eyes.
